They recently posted a project on Fueler that caught my interest. Here is the full-breakdown of the brief, and my work on the same!
Context & Brief
- Flexiple wants to publish a report titled "From Offer to Onboarding", specifically targeting the engineering hiring process. The aim is to uncover insights into the hiring journey from the point of offer acceptance to the onboarding of engineers.
- The report would cover the offer-to-joining ratio, examine the drop-off rates, and identify tactics used to improve these metrics. The idea is to gain perspectives from both the hiring companies and the engineers about notice periods, decision-making factors, and reasons for quitting.

- The task here is to first create a survey containing 12 questions, 06 for engineers and 06 for the hiring managers.
